Application Process

1. Complete the application below.
2. Once your application is accepted, you can choose to be on our priority waiting list with a $50 non-refundable fee (applied to your puppy price) or our basic waiting list for free. Joining the priority waiting list also locks in the price at the time you pay to join the list (in the event of a price increase).
3. When a litter is ready to be announced (approx 2-3 weeks after birth), those on the priority waiting list will be contacted first via email and/or text. We will start with the first person on the list and continue announcements in two-hour intervals as we move down the list. Once we begin making priority announcements, puppies may be reserved on a first-come-first-served basis to those on the priority list for 48 hours…. After 48 hours, those on the basic waiting list will be contacted via email and/or text prior to our open announcement on Facebook, Instagram, Good Dog, AKC Marketplace or any social media platforms.
4. Puppies are not considered to be reserved until a deposit is paid. Puppies may be reserved with a $500 deposit ($450 for those on the Priority List). Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another litter for up to one year from the date of payment.
5. Once you have reserved a puppy, you will receive updates and photos until it is time for your puppy to come home. We can also do video chats so that you can see your puppy in action!
6. Puppies can be picked up between 8-12 weeks, depending on the puppy’s progress with weaning. Any time exceeding the agreed upon pickup date may result in a small boarding fee. Anyone not picking up their puppy after 12 weeks will forfeit the puppy (unless we have a prior agreement) and the deposit will be transferrable for up to one year of the date paid.
